Relationships and Sex Education
At Donnington Primary School, we are committed to providing high-quality Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education that supports our pupils' personal development and wellbeing.
Our Approach
Our RSE and Health Education curriculum is built on a strong foundation of evidence-based resources:
- Kapow Primary forms the core of our teaching and learning
- We supplement this with expertise from Everyone's Invited and AllChild to ensure our curriculum is comprehensive and responsive to current safeguarding issues
Our Policy
Our current RSE policy is available below for parents and carers to view.
We will be updating our policy to reflect the DfE's updated statutory guidance, which comes into effect in September 2026. The revised policy will be published here once finalised.
Working with Parents and Carers
We are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers. You are welcome to view all curriculum materials used to teach RSE and Health Education upon request. If you would like to discuss our curriculum or have any questions, please contact the school office.
