Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

 

School: Donnington Primary School
Role Type: 1 year fixed term, in the first instance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday,
Salary: Scale 5 – £27,711 to £30,060, including London weighting £2,230
Contract: Term-Time Only   8:15am-3:30pm

 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role in a nurturing and well-resourced learning environment, where you can make a meaningful impact on children's early development.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent – Essential
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
